Lenny Kravitz attended the NASA Breakthrough Prize Ceremony, where he performed his song “Here to Love.” He told “Extra” of the event, “We have to encourage and inspire young scientists.”
Kravitz also gushed over the news his daughter, Zoë, will play Catwoman. “It’s pretty exciting. I grew up watching the show on television when I was a kid — always loved Eartha Kitt’s portrayal. So many great women have done it after that, so yeah, I’m very excited.”
He is also loving his blended family with ex-wife Lisa Bonet. He wished her new husband Jason Momoa a happy birthday over the summer.
Lenny explained, “We are one family. We love and support each other, and it’s a beautiful thing. I don’t know; people seem to be in awe of it. It seems very normal to me, but I suppose a lot of people don’t have that situation when they’ve gone through breakthroughs and new marriages and so forth.”
