Wow! Michelle Obama Shows Off Rock-Hard Abs

Former First Lady Michelle Obama is in seriously good shape.
On Wednesday, she posted an Instagram photo of herself in a sports bra and workout pants. In the photo, she's picking up a medicine ball, revealing her rock-hard abs.
The 55-year-old wrote, “It doesn't always feel good in the moment. But after the fact, I'm always glad I hit the gym. How did you all take care of yourself on this #SelfCareSunday?”

While President Barack Obama was in office, Michelle helped spread the word about their Let's Move initiative to end childhood obesity.
In 2014, she opened up to “Extra” about how the family stays fit.
“I like to mix it up,” she said “I like to play a little tennis, lift weights. I do a little boxing when I can. I try to do a little yoga.”
The mom of two said the whole family stays active. “The President works out all the time. He plays a little basketball when he can. He golfs when he can. The girls have their own sports. Malia is a tennis player. Sasha is a dancer and she plays a little basketball. We are a very active family. We like to hike when we can on vacations.”
