Khloé Kardashian Talks Tristan Thompson Breakup, Plus: Is She Ready to Date Again?

Khloé Kardashian is getting candid about her very public split with Tristan Thompson.

“Extra's” Renee Bargh sat down with Khloé and Scott Disick to talk about the return of her show “Revenge Body,” and his new show “Flip It Like Disick.”

The sitdown took place just after Khloé and Tristan's cheating scandal with Jordyn Woods played out on “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”

Renee asked how Khloé is doing, and she replied, “I'm doing good. Thank you.”

Did she watch? “I normally watch when it airs, but I know what happens,” she said, adding that she chose not to watch this week, and to stay off social media. “Just because stuff like this… I don't think is that healthy to keep reliving and going through all those emotions again.”

Kardashian also spoke about what she went through with Thompson, saying, “It is what it is. It happens sadly to millions of people, and it is part of life and a growing experience for so many of us.”

Regarding all of the headlines and social media, the reality star said, “It's crazy to hear everyone's opinions and picking sides, and there's no sides to pick. It's happening to me and my family, and I want everybody to have love… it's just life, and we are all going to grow and be better people because of it.”

Khloé is leaning on her family for support, including sister Kourtney's ex-boyfriend Scott. He won't be setting her up on dates anytime soon, saying, “I wouldn't let her… there's no one good enough, there's no one alive.”

She confirmed she is not ready to date again. “I'm definitely not thinking about it. I'm having such a great time with my daughter… I'm loving family time, me time, and being with True. It's awesome, that's my focus right now.”

The proud mom said True is getting ready talk. “She's going to start saying sentences any second now, and she will spill all the secrets. She just wants to talk, talk, talk.”

On Thursday, Tristan wished Khloé a happy birthday and praised the 35-year-old for being an "amazing mommy." He wrote on Instagram, "Happy birthday @khloekardashianYou are the most beautiful human I have ever met inside and out. Thank you for being an amazing mommy to our princess True. She is blessed to have someone like you to look up to. I wish you nothing but more success and sending you positive blessing your way. Enjoy your day Koko."

Meanwhile, Kardashian is rocking her own “Revenge Body,” explaining to Renee, “I am someone... when they are stressed or happy... I like to work out – that's kind of my therapy place. Everyone has their outlet, and for me it is working out. I enjoy it and I'm enjoying it right now.”

Her E! show gives ordinary people the chance to give their lives a makeover. “That's what it is,” she said. “It's not like when they sign up it's like, 'I've got to look in shape for my boyfriend who is a jerk'… I'm now an outsider for their stories, and in my head I'm like, 'Oh, they're never going to care about this guy in the end,' because you find your self-confidence again and your self-worth… I love the show. It gives them a sense of meaning again.”
