Carrie Underwood on Getting Her Bikini Body Back After Baby

It was a big night for Carrie Underwood at the CMT Awards! The star took home trophies for Female Video of the Year and Video of the Year.
“Extra's” Alecia Davis caught up with the star after her big wins, who said she felt “very blessed” as the most decorated artist.
Carrie was on a date night with husband Mike Fisher, who is celebrating his birthday this week.
“He's so great,” she said. “It's always his birthday at CMT Music Fest. And I'm like, 'I'm so sorry this week is always nuts during your birthday.'” She added with a smile, “But my fans got him CMT Awards, got him some new hardware for our… trophy room.”
They are also getting ready for Father's Day. “We will probably be on the road,” Underwood explained. “I did get Mike a present… I put a lot of man-hours into it and put it together. Hopefully that gets here before we go on the road again.”
Carrie is back in tip top shape six months after welcoming baby Jacob. She has been documenting her workouts on social media, and recently posted a bikini shot.

Underwood revealed this secret: “I hope everyone realizes I did take it from up here. It is angles.” She added, “But I have been working hard to regain my strength more than anything, and being on tour it's such a physical thing on stage.” The singer uses a mobile gym while she is on the road, saying, “We have an elliptical, treadmill. We switch it up. We have a leg-press machine. I've been trying to work on my pull-up game. It's going to take me a while to get back to where I was a couple years ago… Every day is one step in the right direction.”
Carrie's Cry Pretty tour runs through October.
