“Extra” has an exclusive clip of the new drama “The Public,” starring Alec Baldwin and Emilio Estevez.
The movie takes place at a public library in Cincinnati during a bitter cold spell. The homeless need the library for shelter, and stage an “Occupy” sit in, but it quickly turns into a standoff with police.
