Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Post Your #StacheForCharity, and Help Guinness Give Back

“Extra” is celebrating St. Patrick's Day with a pint of Guinness and a foamy mustache! “Extra's” Mario Lopez joined in on the fun for a good cause.

This year, more than ever, Guinness is all about helping you have the best St. Patrick's Day possible. With the Guinness Guide to St. Patrick's Day: as long as you're celebrating with a Guinness, whether a Draught, Extra Stout, Blonde, or any Guinness beer, you're doing it right!

It's the first St. Patrick's Day for Guinness' new brewery and tap room — the Open Gate Brewery in Baltimore, Maryland, and the latest reminder of an over two-century connection between a legendary brewery and its good friends across the Atlantic. Guinness is encouraging all Americans, 21 years and older, to gather with friends, new or old, toast to the many things we all have in common… and give a 'Stache.

It's all part of Guinness' #StacheForCharity campaign, encouraging everyone to post pictures of their self-grown, drawn on, or Guinness-enhanced 'staches as a symbol of unity. For each photo that uses #StacheforCharity and tags @GuinnessUS, the company will donate $1 (up to $100,000) from now until March 31, 2019 to the Guinness Gives Back Fund, which supports nonprofits that contribute to the common good in our communities.
