Actor Chris Pratt was all smiles at the premiere of “The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part,” just weeks after asking Katherine Schwarzenegger to marry him.
“Extra’s” Renee Bargh caught up with Chris, who was “rolling in solo” at the event with no Katherine in sight.
Pratt’s future father-in law Arnold Schwarzenegger recently sang his praises to "Extra." In response to Arnold’s positive comments, Chris smiled, saying, “He sang? I would love to hear Arnold sing.”
Arnold recently revealed to “Extra’s” Mario Lopez that Chris asked his permission before proposing to Katherine. Chris shared, “Well, you know, I think any person who appreciates a tradition and asks a father for his daughter’s hand in marriage…it's inevitably going to be something that makes you a little nervous, but that's sort of the beauty of it, you know?”
Chris plays two characters in the latest Lego film, which his son has already seen! Pratt dished, “He loved it. He thinks it’s better than the first.” His son’s favorite character is Rex Dangervest, the 39-year-old said, "And he was very surprised to find out that I played that as well.”
"The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part” is in theaters Friday.
