The couple shared a gender reveal video on Instagram, confirming their 17-month-old son Leo is getting a little brother.
In the video, Mazza kicks a ball that explodes with blue dust, while Melas releases a small cannon of blue confetti. Of course, Leo was there to celebrate with Mom and Dad.
Melas, a CNN reporter, is due this summer! The 32-year-old also shared pics of the special day with a caption aimed at those experiencing infertility.
“Wow! I still can't believe that I'll be a mom of two boys. But I also want to say this - when we were struggling to get pregnant the first time, seeing these types of posts made me very sad. Our road both times to expand our family has been challenging. If you're one of the ones reading this who doesn't think you'll ever have a baby for whatever the reason — I promise you that if you want a child you can have one. Whether it be through adoption, surrogacy etc - it will happen. Just don't give up.”
Chloe opened up to People about her journey, revealing the couple struggled to get pregnant after their 2014 wedding.

“There were problems on both sides, so we went to a really dark place together,” she said of trying to conceive. “I was super depressed, crying all the time. I was convinced that we would never have children, that I would never carry my own child or have my own biological child.”
After trying some other infertility treatments, they turned to in vitro fertilization. The first time they went through the procedure they were left with only one “normal” embryo, which resulted in Leo.
The second time around they were also left with just one embryo, and thankfully she's expecting!
Chloe added, “I just want everybody to know that it's not always a happy journey to get the outcome that you want, but don't give up, stay on the road, because the outcome is so worth it.”
