Former Playboy playmate Holly Madison and EDC promoter Pasquale Rotella have pulled the plug on their marriage after nearly five years.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Rotella filed for divorce first, on August 31 in Las Vegas, and she has been served.
The pair have been ordered not to transfer any property or money during the proceedings.
After the split news broke, Pasquale wrote on Instagram, “It is with love in our hearts and a deep respect for one another that Holly and I have amicably made the decision to separate. First and foremost, we are forever partners and parents to two beautiful children, and are fully committed to raising them in an environment filled with love and positivity.”
“Holly is a talented woman and a beautiful soul. We remain the best of friends while co-parenting and continuing to support one another in our respective passions in life,” he continued. “Though it was not a decision we made hastily or take lightly, Holly and I welcome this next chapter in our relationship, and have every confidence that the future will bring only the best for us and our kids. We will always be family. Thank you all for your continued love and support.❤️.”
Last year, Holly opened up on settling down with Pasquale, telling The Las Vegas Review-Journal, “I feel like that's what I was always looking for all along, but, as I was growing, you learn that you have to find yourself first. The right person isn't going to come along until you're confident, until you've gone out there and lived life… I have an amazing husband and kids and family. I just feel like anything else that I can do after that is just icing on the cake."
The pair started dating in 2011 and married two years later. They share two children, Rainbow Aurora and Forest Leonardo.
