Alex Borstein Wears Wedding Dress to Emmys: ‘The Marriage Didn’t Last, but the Dress Did’

Alex Borstein isn't afraid to wear the same outfit twice… even if it's her wedding dress!
The actress hit the red carpet at the Emmys in a silver gown with a deep V neckline and flared sleeves. She confessed to Glamour magazine, “This is actually my wedding dress. This was from 20 years ago.”
She continued, “The marriage didn't last, but the dress did, and I wanted to give it new life, so now it's my Emmys dress. That's the truth.”
Alex wed actor Jackson Douglas in 1999, but they split in 2014.

Borstein picked up an Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.” When she stepped onstage to accept her award, she told the crowd, “I went without the bra.”
