They're friendly exes, but exes they will remain.
TMZ reports that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have reached a divorce settlement — three years after their high-profile split.
According to the site, the final settlement will be filed when Affleck emerges from rehab.
The settlement is said to include an agreement regarding property and the division of their vast wealth. There was no prenup, complicating the process and leading to all earnings during their 12-year marriage to be divided equally.
The former couple has also reached an agreement regarding joint custody of their three kids, and there is no set schedule, meaning they will trade custody based on their work schedules rather than abiding by a timeline.
The two were most recently in the news when Garner persuaded Affleck to seek substance-abuse help, even driving him to rehab.
