Alan O’Neill’s Cause of Death Revealed

“Sons of Anarchy” actor Alan O'Neill passed away last month at age 47, and now the L.A. County Coroner's Office has released the cause of death.
People magazine reports O'Neill's girlfriend found him unresponsive in the entryway of a Toluca Lake, CA residence on June 6. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
A spokeswoman for the Coroner's Office told the magazine that they believe he fell and died. His death was ruled an accident due to alcohol overconsumption, blunt force head trauma and coronary artery atherosclerosis.
O'Neill played Hugh on seven episodes of “Sons of Anarchy” between 2013 and 2014.
