Actor Verne Troyer died in April at the age of 49.
Months later, his final project has been released. Troyer worked alongside fellow actor and good friend, Erik Valdez in “The Delivery.”
The day has come! Excited to finally share this bit of news with everyone! This film is an example of what can be done with a little bit of passion, a dash of creativity, and a lot of help from close friends...oh, and one really important bit of inspiration. ;-) Watch to the very end, enjoy, and share this with the world!!Posted by Erik Valdez on Friday, June 8, 2018
The short film was a creative way for Valdez, who played Trey Mitchell on "General Hospital," and Carlito Solano on “Graceland,” to reveal the gender of, and welcome to the world, his first child with wife Candice Valdez.
Verne worked on countless projects with massive budgets throughout his career, but in what would unfortunately be his final days, he chose to do a favor for a friend out of the kindness of his heart. “It speaks volumes to who Verne was as a human being,” said Valdez. “He’ll be dearly missed.”
The film, written and produced by Valdez, also stars Jonathan Lipnicki and Coby Ryan McLaughlin, and features original music by Grammy-winning producer Jordan “Infinity” Suecof. It was directed by Brian L. Tan.
