Nick Gordon called 911 twice on Saturday during an alleged incident with girlfriend Laura Leal. He was later arrested.
On one call, Gordon tells the operator, “My girlfriend is acting insane on me right now." In a second call, he chokes up as he says, “I feel so lame because I’m being beat up by a woman,” then claims she threw a bottle at him. By the end of the call he is crying uncontrollably.
According to a police report obtained by "Extra," Nick, who has been scrutinized for years in the tragic death of Bobbi Kristina Brown, was arrested and charged with battery - touch or strike.
Gordon was taken into custody in Seminole, Florida, on Saturday following the dispute with Leal. In the report, the officer quotes Gordon as stating he "just wanted Leal to leave his residence due to her ripping his shirt and throwing a bottle at him."
Leal, who the responding officer noted had a visible injury in the form of a swollen bottom lip with dried blood on it, said Gordon had struck her "several times" on her cheek while she was driving him home from a bar. She went on to say Gordon had pulled her hair and "stated to her that he should make her wreck the vehicle."
Though Leal refused to press charges, the officer placed Gordon under arrest.
Gordon was the subject of a wrongful death lawsuit in the death of Bobbi Kristina, a suit he lost. The judgment in that case, on behalf of Bobbi Kristina's estate, was $36 million.
Gordon was arrested in June 2017 for domestic violence. Those charges were dropped when the woman refused to cooperate with police.
