“The Bachelor” couple Nick Viall and Vanessa Grimaldi have called off their engagement after five months together!
In a statement to E! News, the two said, "It's with a great amount of heartbreak for the both us as we have decided to end our engagement. We gave this relationship our all and we are saddened that we did not get the fairytale ending we hoped for. We will continue to be there for each other no matter what. This hasn't been an easy decision, however, as we part ways, we do so with lots of love and admiration for each other.”
Nick and Vanessa had been facing breakup rumors for months. In June, Nick and Vanessa reportedly “looked miserable” after attending Evan Bass and Carly Waddell's wedding. A source told Us Weekly, "They didn't exchange five words the entire flight. They were angled completely away from each other.”
Back in March, after the finale of “The Bachelor,” Nick opened up about why their relationship wasn't easy, telling “Extra's” Renee Bargh, "It's not easy building a relationship while dating other women, and then having to relive that, and that's just been really our entire relationship so far.” Watch!
