On Thursday night, country legend Loretta Lynn, 85, was rushed to a Nashville hospital after suffering a stroke at her home.
Her reps said in a statement on her website, "She is currently under medical care and is responsive and expected to make a full recovery."
Due to her hospitalization, doctors have asked her to "postpone" some of her upcoming shows. The statement continued, "Loretta, who just celebrated her 85th birthday, has been advised by her doctors to stay off the road while she is recuperating."
Lynn, who has won three Grammys over the course of her 60-year career, was scheduled to play tonight in North Carolina.
