Actor Bradley Cooper sat down with Ellen DeGeneres for his first interview since becoming a dad!

While on a break from shooting “A Star Is Born,” he took time to chat with Ellen, who asked about the new baby. When she joked, "I don't know if you know this, but you have a baby,” Bradley quipped, “What?”

Ellen added, "When you get home you should look for it. It’s somewhere in your house."

Last month, Cooper’s girlfriend Irina Shayk gave birth to their daughter Lea.

Cooper was on hand to promote his new film, "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.” Before wrapping up the interview, Ellen told Bradley, "I know you don't want to talk about the baby. I just want to say, I knew you'd be a good father when I saw you in 'American Sniper.’ Let's show the clip of how good he is with a baby!”

Bradley laughed, "I can't believe you! We already went through this before! It never gets old! It never gets old!"

Though Cooper was relatively mum about his baby, he was happy to praise his “A Star Is Born” co-star Lady Gaga.
