Abuse, Forced Threesomes, Sex Tapes? Mel B’s Shocking Allegations Against Stephen Belafonte

“America's Got Talent" judge Mel B and Stephen Belafonte's split has gotten ugly!

In divorce papers last month, Mel cited “irreconcilable differences,” but she is now accusing Stephen of physical abuse, extortion and blackmail.

On Monday, Mel was granted a restraining order against Belafonte, who she claims beat her repeatedly during the course of their 10-year marriage. In her declaration, obtained by TMZ, she detailed incidents from 2007-2014 when he allegedly punched her with a closed fist. Along with the beatings, she accuses Belafonte of forcing her to “participate in sexual intercourse with him and random women” and threatening to release sex tapes that he recorded of her.

She argues that she was unable to leave him since he "threatened me with violence and threatened to destroy my life in every possible way... destroy my career and take my kids from me.”

Mel also claims that Stephen has a gun at home, which is a violation since he is not allowed to carry firearms stemming from a prior domestic violence conviction. On Friday, agents from the Department of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms performed a search warrant on Belafonte, but were unable to retrieve a gun.

Along with the restraining order, Belafonte was forced to move out of their Hollywood Hills home. TMZ cameras caught up with him at the house, where he denied all the allegations.
