Create a Recipe to Pair with Rémy Martin 1738 for the Chance to Cook with Chef Marc Forgione
Calling all aspiring chefs! The culinary Circle of Centaurs competition wants you to create an original recipe to pair with Rémy Martin 1738 and win a cash prize and the chance to cook with chef Marc Forgione.
Contestants are asked to submit a photo of their recipe via Instagram or Facebook using the hashtag #RemyChef. The winner will join Chef Forgione at one of his restaurants on May 10 for National Cognac Day. The last day for entries is March 29, 2017.
The Circle of Centaurs invites personalities to serve as mentors, to share their talents and ideas for a life full of inspiring experiences, and encourages you to follow their example.
Forgione, the latest mentor to join the Circle of Centaurs, is the youngest American-born chef/owner to receive consecutive Michelin stars — 2010, 2011, 2012 — and the Season 3 winner of Food Network's “Next Iron Chef.” He is the owner of NYC's Restaurant Marc Forgione, Lobster Press and the co-owner/partner of Khe-Yo. He also owns several American Cut locations and American Cut Bar & Grill in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
