“Extra” was with all the stars as they celebrated their nominations Saturday at Variety’s brunch benefiting the Motion Picture Television Fund, held a Cecconi's in West Hollywood.
Superstar Justin Timberlake chatted with "Extra's" Terri Seymour about his nomination for Music (Original Song) for "Can't Stop the Feeling" from "Trolls."
The 35-year-old, who has won numerous Grammys and other major awards, was almost speechless when Terri asked him how he feels knowing he will now always be referred to as the "Oscar-nominated Justin Timberlake."
“I don’t know really what to say — it’s really an honor to be nominated," he said humbly, calling his nomination the "cherry on top" of a wonderful experience.
Justin revealed that having his son Silas with wife Jessica Biel just before "Trolls" went into production made the film “so much sweeter” for him.
As for how he learned he was nominated Tuesday, Justin said Jessica was the one who told him — the busy entertainer had forgotten they were coming out and was working in the studio.
What did he do after finding out? He went right back to work, of course! Can't stop the feeling, and can't stop Justin's creative flow!
