For the first time since giving birth to her second child, Caleb Asomugha, on October 5, Kerry Washington stepped out on the red carpet looking as flawless as ever.
Wearing a short floral dress with plunging neckline, the 39-year-old showed off her slender physique, while her toned gams were on full display. She kept her hair and makeup simple, sweeping her locks into a ponytail.
Her rarely seen husband, former NFL star Nnamdi Asomugha, joined his wife for a date night. The two attended the Ambassadors for Humanity Gala benefiting the USC Shoah Foundation in Hollywood on Thursday.
While on the carpet, Washington chatted it up with film legends Steven Spielberg and George Lucas.

Washington praised Ambassadors Award recipients George Lucas and his wife Mellody, saying, "It is a privilege to honor my friends George Lucas and Mellody Hobson. Tonight you will hear from Steven and others how amazing George and Mellody are.”
Kerry gushed about the couple, "I want to tell you about them. They are open-minded, and open-hearted... They have built a life for themselves and others rooted with love, and empathy, and imagination and endless possibility. They are the real deal, and I can only pray that one day our world reflects what these two imagine and embody. I love you both dearly.”
