Heidi Klum Shows Off Her Bangin' Bod on Shape Magazine Cover

Heidi Klum is showing off her assets in the December issue of Shape magazine.
There is nothing that the mother of four, who is a judge on “America's Got Talent,” an executive producer and host of “Project Runway,” and lingerie designer, can't do. The busy 43-year-old revealed how she does it all while still staying sexy, fit, and confident.
“I try to be active as much as possible. I don't have time for workouts every day. Being the mother of four kids is a workout in itself! Balancing my work and their schedules makes it hard to find time for a traditional exercise routine, so we try to do as many outdoor activities as a family as possible. We love to go on bike rides, take our dogs hiking, or jump on the trampoline. That's the best way to stay fit and healthy—do things that don't feel like work.”

Though she may not be walking the runway these days, she still feels confident about her body. "I love my shape because it's mine. At the end of the day, it's not what anyone else thinks about my body but how I feel about myself. I'm working it and owning it!”
The former Victoria's Secret model also dished on how there are many diet and fitness misconceptions that models face. “The myth that models don't eat is totally not true. I just think that because we're in this business, we have to choose more wisely. It's not just about doing the cardio so that you're nice and fit, and slim and trim, but your heart needs to pump, too, and that is very important.”
Feeling good also can start with finding a swimsuit that works for you. Heidi rocked a suit from her own collection for the magazine cover, sharing, “The perfect swimsuit is out there — you just have to find it. I've been modeling swimsuits and lingerie for my entire career, which is now more than 22 years, and it's something that I truly know and love. I've tried on everything you can imagine, and I've seen what works well in real life. It's all about finding a swimsuit in a shape and fit you like and feel happy in.”

The fashion-forward Klum can now add lingerie and swimwear designer to her growing résumé — she launched Heidi Klum Intimates in early 2015. “I love designing. I love clothes,” she said. "I love being creative. I always have been, and I feel like I get to do now what I've always wanted to do, which is designing. I started with lingerie, and I thought it would be a very natural thing to do swim next.”
