Kim Kardashian endorsed Hillary Clinton last year, proudly displaying a selfie with the Democratic candidate and hashtagging it #HillaryForPresident.
In her new interview with Wonderland magazine, though, Kim left some room for doubt as to who would be getting her vote. Saying she'd had a long call with stepparent Caitlyn Jenner, Kim revealed, "At first I thought, 'Oh, my God, I’m so Hillary [Clinton],' but... I’m on the fence."
After a flurry of speculation, Kim clarified her posiiton on her website Saturday night, writing that Caitlyn had encouraged her to do some research and not vote "blindly."
Kim wrote, "I found that without a doubt, I stand with Hillary. I'm with her. I believe Hillary will best represent our country and is the most qualified for the job. This year, I'm not just voting for myself, but also for my children, and I took that into careful consideration when I made my decision. Now that I have made my choice I want to be clear... I would never judge anyone based on their political or religious beliefs. I believe that both candidates have the intention of making the country a safer and stronger place for every American, they just have different ideas about how we get there."
The rest of the country can continue doing its research by watching the first of three presidential debates between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump Monday night.
