JonBenét Ramsey’s Brother Reveals New Details About the Day His Sister Was Found Murdered
Decades after her death, the obsession over JonBenét Ramsey's murder is hitting a fever pitch.
It has been 20 years since the tiny beauty queen, 6, was found dead in the basement of her Colorado home.
Now, her older brother Burke, 29, is opening up for the first time about the crime, in a sit-down interview with Dr. Phil set to air September 12, 13, and 14.
In the latest preview clips, Burke recalls details from the day JonBenét died.
He told Dr. Phil, “The first thing I remember is my mom bursting in my room really frantic saying, 'Oh, my gosh! Oh, my gosh! Oh, my gosh!' Running around my room looking for JonBenét. At that point, I was awake.” He said she was asking, “Where's my baby?”
Burke continued, “The next thing I remember is a police officer coming in my room shining a flashlight.”
He also explained why he decided to speak out now. Watch:
