Demi Lovato & Wilmer Valderrama Call It Quits After Six Years

In a heartfelt post on Instagram, Demi Lovato and Wilmer Valderrama have announced they are ending their six-year romance.
"This was an incredibly difficult decision for both of us," it read, "but we have realized more than anything that we are better as best friends. We will always be supportive of one another."
The statement went on to thank fans and friends for "kindness and support" offered over the years, and was signed, "With only love, Wilmer & Demi."

Coming the same week that saw Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris part ways, the split comes as a shocker to fans. The couple just appeared at the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas on May 22 and had been photographed together in public since then.
