Meghan Trainor brought her brother as her date to the Billboard Music Awards Sunday night, rocking a custom-made Michael Costello dress for her rockin' performance of "No."
The chart-topping singer told “Extra’s" Renee Bargh of the dress, “Michael Costello made this for me — isn’t that insane? It just hugs my curves.”
Renee showed Meghan an adorable video of “Extra” host Mario Lopez’s daughter Gia singing and dancing to "No." Meghan said, “She’s like 'wha wha wha yo I’m in love.' I told him to bring her to my show, I'd put her onstage."
Renee also surprised Meghan by identifying another celeb who likes to recite her lyrics!
“We spoke to John Travolta the other day," Renee revealed, "and he said that he's gonna get his daughter to sing your song whenever a boy comes to approach.”
"Oh, my gosh! I love him so much!" Meghan exclaimed. "I’ve met [Travolta and his family] before — they’re the sweetest people in the entire world.”
Trainor also took time during our interview to send her best wishes to DJ Calvin Harris following his car accident this weekend. “That’s scary," she commiserated. "That’s a slap in the face of how real that is. Seatbelts. Everybody at home, put your seatbelts on.”
