Singer Gwen Stefani and ex Gavin Rossdale have reportedly reached a divorce settlement, eight months after their split.
The two have agreed to a “lopsided split of property in favor of Gwen,” according to TMZ.
In the settlement, Rossdale allegedly will walk away from millions of dollars he is entitled to since they didn’t have a prenup. They were married for 13 years, so he was entitled to receive 50% of everything they made together during that time.
A source said that Rossdale “did not press to get a big chunk of the money Gwen made from concert and record sales.”
The former couple also agreed to 50/50 joint custody of their three boys, but Gavin will end up with more time with the boys, due to Gwen’s busy tour schedule.
Rumor has it that Gavin will not be asking for child support either. Gwen and Gavin only need to have the judge sign off on the settlement agreement for it to be official.
Since their summer split, Gwen has been dating Blake Shelton. A source hinted that wedding bells for the two may happen, telling Us Weekly, "Blake could propose to Gwen very soon. Gwen is everything he wants."
