Khloé Kardashian on Her Lifestyle Change and Workouts with Kourtney

Earlier this morning, “Extra” caught up with Khloé Kardashian in New York, where she kicked off Allergan's Live Chin Up campaign.

The reality star and talk show host, who looked as fit as ever, opened up about focusing on herself and her health. “You know, it's funny — my lifestyle change kind of happened, I mean, very organically. I was really just stressed out, I needed an escape, and I started going to the gym. As a by-product, I started losing weight, and it wasn't intentional 'cause I've always been told, 'Oh, you're fat,' and whatever, and I was like, 'Oh, no, I'm big-boned,' or whatever we say to make ourselves feel better, and I just started losing weight and I loved… I really enjoyed what I started seeing, so I was like, 'Oh, okay let me take this a little seriously,' and I started getting a trainer and going to the gym.”

Khloé is a big advocate of changing from within and a big fan of working out with someone, especially big sis Kourtney. “I'm big into, like, my group buddy workouts… Kourtney's never really worked out a lot, she's always just been really f**king blessed with this great body and I want to kill her... After her kid, she still was able to like bounce back and then with Reign she still had a great body… she was going through her tough time, so I was like, 'Let's work out together' — I don't know why I just did that, because I'm so intense about my workouts and she keeps up with me, she's so good at it, and I'm proud of her.”

When she isn't hitting the gym, Khloé is busy filming “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” which is heading into its twelfth season. She smiled, “We were not even supposed to have Season 2. They told us we were 'filler' on the air; that person doesn't work for E! anymore.”

Her FYI show "Kocktails with Khloé” is also taking off. “It's going fantastic. I'm so excited. I'm also blown away. I've never hosted my own talk show before, and I didn't realize how much fun I would have.”
