Eminem's Former Sister-in-Law Dawn Scott, 40, Found Dead
Dawn Scott, Eminem's former sister-in-law, was found dead in a trailer in Detroit, reports RadarOnline. She was 40.
Police told Radar that she died Tuesday of “an apparent heroin overdose, pending a toxicology test.” Her body was found in a trailer in Motor City Trailer Park, not far from 8 Mile Road.
Dawn was the twin sister of Eminem's ex-wife Kim, and had spoken out against the former couple just a few months ago.
She told Radar, “I have a millionaire brother-in-law and a sister with money up the a**, but they're refusing to give me any help.”
The site says Dawn was homeless at the time of her death and had been staying with friends.
Years ago, Eminem and Kim adopted Dawn's daughter Alaina, now 22, and raised her as their own.
