Lawrence and Schumer are both nominated for Best Actress in a Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy, Lawrence for her work in “Joy” and Schumer for hers in “Trainwreck."
After earning the nomination, Amy told "Today," "It feels so good. It's, like, it really feels good, and I'm proud of what I accomplished... but yeah, really, it is more about the revenge. I want to really thank the Hollywood Foreign Press, but more than that, there are people I want to say 'no thank you' to — how much time do we have left on the show?"
Their other good pal Aziz Ansari also grabbed a nomination, for Best Actor in a TV Series - Comedy for his new show “Master of None.”
It won’t be surprising to see cameras following the trio’s every move at the star-studded ceremony, which will be hosted by Ricky Gervais.
The Golden Globes will be airing on January 10 on NBC.
