UPDATE: Lamar no longer needs dialysis and won't need a kidney transplant, reports TMZ.
Basketball player Lamar Odom is showing signs of improvement.
The reality star was moved out of the Intensive Care Unit, according to People.
A source told the mag that Lamar is still hospitalized and undergoing dialysis and daily therapy to regain motor functions that were lost after he suffered several strokes.
The insider said, "After therapy, he is able to take a few steps with help. He is doing very well and continues to be a fighter. He hasn't given up once, and this will really help him in the future."
The source added, "He still has a long way to go."
Odom was found unconscious at the Love Ranch brothel in Las Vegas earlier this month.
