While helping Z100 announce the Jingle Ball 2015 lineup on Monday, Nick Jonas chatted with "Extra" about all the rumors surrounding his love life.
Jonas, who has recently been linked to Kate Hudson since splitting from Olivia Culpo in June, is not taking the dating rumors and photos to heart, saying, "There's always interest in my personal life — I have to be aware of that. It's part of my job and I laugh it off. I think my life is boring, personal life that is."
He continued, "I just choose to write about it, talk about it, in my music."
On what he looks for in a woman, Jonas shared, "Key is personality, someone that brings something to the table, pushes me to be better in some way, or makes me think."
Switching from his personal to his professional life, the 23-year-old is looking forward to performing amongst his friends during this year's Jingle Ball, "I am thrilled to be a part of Jingle Ball… The fact that I'm up here with so many of my peers and friends, it's gonna be a good time."
Some of those peers and friends who are also performing include Demi Lovato, Calvin Harris, Selena Gomez, and brother Joe Jonas with his new group DNC. Nick gushed, "Joe is doing amazing things — I love his music."
The "Jealous" singer is touring right now, but has managed to squeeze some acting into his schedule, with roles in "Scream Queens" and "Kingdom." He said, "Couple of other roles that I'm working on, acting thing is really a big priority for me, I hope to continue to find great roles that push me."
