Matt Damon Says Ben Affleck Is Doing 'Great' After Nanny Scandal
Last night, Ben Affleck made his first public appearance since his nanny scandal broke.

Ben and his best friend Matt Damon were on hand to support the fourth season of HBO and Adaptive Studios' "Project Greenlight" at the Ace Hotel in Los Angeles.

While Ben did not answer any questions on the carpet, Matt did take a moment to discuss his pal's state of mind. Matt told the Associated Press, "He's great, he's great. He's got a big smile on his face."

About Ben's upcoming birthday on August 15th, Matt joked, "Yeah, I wish him well, but he's 43, it's kind of like, meh. What is 43? It's not 40, it's not 45, it's 43. It's a forgettable birthday."

Hours after the premiere, it surfaced that Ben took nanny Christine Ouzounian on a secret trip to Las Vegas with his friend Tom Brady at the end of June, according to Page Six.

In a pic, Christine, seen in tight white pants and a black tank, flashed a smile while sporting four of Tom's Super Bowl rings on a private jet.

The trip reportedly took place after Ben and Christine left the Bahamas without his kids or Jennifer Garner.
