Chef Bobby Flay Files for Divorce First, Who Does the Prenup Favor?
Celebrity chef Bobby Flay has filed for divorce from Stephanie March just one day after news broke that the two were separating after 10 years together.
According to court documents, the “Iron Chef” stated that their marriage has "broken down irretrievably” and is said to be “heartbroken” about the end of his relationship with the 40-year-old March, sources close to Flay told TMZ.
Flay, 50, and the “Law & Order: SVU” star signed a prenuptial agreement, sources revealed, in February 2005, and it is said to be in the multi-millionaire chef's favor.
Flay owns several restaurants and has multiple shows he stars in on the “Food Network,” while March recently launched the blowout bar of makeup, Rouge NY.
The two have no children together, but are reportedly tussling over property.
This will be the third divorce for Flay and the first for March. Flay was previously married to chef Debra Ponzek from 1991 to 1993 and Kate Connelly from 1995 to 1998, with whom he shares a daughter, Sophie, 19.
