Sharon Osbourne Responds to Daughter Kelly’s Decision to Leave ‘Fashion Police’
“The Talk” co-host Sharon Osbourne is supporting her daughter Kelly Osbourne and her decision to leave “Fashion Police.”
Sharon's fellow “The Talk” co-stars joined her at Universal Studios Hollywood, where she told “Extra's” Mario Lopez that she supports Kelly.
The mom said, “I stand by her. You know, she had an amazing five years on the show and she learned so much from Joan [Rivers]. It was just her time. She's got to grow up, move into the big world.”
The elder Osbourne also shared her thoughts on who could take Kelly's spot on the show. “There are lots of great names, lots of great people over at E! that they have on contract. They'll slip into that chair and be done and dusted like that.”
On Tuesday, Kelly also addressed her exit when she was a guest co-host on “The Talk.” The fashion pundit said, “I am so grateful for the experience… I learned so much, and I'm excited for my future now. I want to try a new thing.”
Mario will join the ladies of “The Talk” as guest co-host on Friday, as Sara Gilbert takes some time off after giving birth to son Rhodes Emilio.
