Will Smith Says Wife Jada Pinkett Smith Is His ‘Best Friend’

“Extra's” Mario Lopez sat down with Will Smith and Margot Robbie to talk about their new movie “Focus”… and about how hot Will's wife Jada Pinkett Smith is.

Lopez told Smith, “You know, I had the pleasure of interviewing Mrs. Smith not too long ago for her show… She's also on the cover of some fitness magazine, looking fantastic, so congrats on all that.”

Will laughed, “He just congratulated me on my wife's a**!”

Smith said his successful marriage of 20 years is about “friendship.” “For us, at the end of the day, it comes down to you either want what's best for the other person or you don't. At the core of it for us is friendship. It's like, 'That's my best friend.'”

As for the con-man thriller “Focus,” Smith and Robbie play a couple trying to out-con each other. Will said, “We have a fantastic chemistry, and I've made a lot of movies… you can't fake it.” The two are also starring in the upcoming DC Comics movie “Suicide Squad.”

One film you will not see Smith in, though, is “Independence Day 2,” slated for release in 2016. “That's what I hear. I'm not doing it.”
