Kanye West has finally learned to keep his cool!
The rapper and wife Kim Kardashian landed in D.C. on Sunday and a fan asked Kanye to sign a pic of Kim… from her wedding to ex-husband Kris Humphries!
Kanye laughed off the request, but refused to sign what appeared to be a magazine cover. Watch the video, courtesy of TMZ.
