Singer Britney Spears' famously toned abs are on full display on the January-February cover of Women's Health magazine.
Posing in a sexy bikini for the mag, Spears opens up about her diet habits, daily fitness routine and what motivates her to stay fit.
Britney explained, "After I had Jayden, it was real easy for me to get back in shape. But five years later, I started noticing changes in my body. My hips are a little bit wider because I've had kids. So it was crucial for me to be continuous with my exercise."
Spears has a varied workout program, from dancing to taking Totally Drenched classes to swimming. "Daily exercise is important for me both mentally and physically," the singer said. "I don't mind working out. Trainers keep you motivated, but I didn't have a problem being motivated."

As for what she eats, the once admitted junk food lover now snacks on light and energy-boosting things like Nut Thins and "any kind of fruit." Brit says she still loves treating herself to sushi and sweet tea.
Spears also has a new man in her life, Charlie Ebersol, son of legendary sports broadcaster Dick Ebersol.
