Julianne Hough Likes to ‘Shock’ Her Body with Her Workout
As the December cover girl for Shape magazine, Julianne Hough dishes on her workout philosophy... from working out with her trainer Astrid McGuire, to attending a class at Tracy Anderson.
Hough explained, "I like to shock my body by doing different things. When I was on tour, even though I was dancing two hours a night, I felt I needed more, so I started doing dance moves with ankle or wrist weights on.”
