How to Make George Clooney’s Wedding Cocktail
George Clooney plans to serve some excellent tequila at his wedding celebration at Venice's Belmond Hotel Cipriani, using his own Casamigos Resposado tequila, the company he owns with good friend Rande Gerber.
Clooney's wedding cocktail recipe:
Goodnight Amigos
1 1/2 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila
1 1/3 oz. cranberry juice
3-4 drops of Angostura bitters
1/2 unpeeled lime, diced into small pieces
1/2 tbsp. cane sugar
1 strip cucumber peel
1 ginger round
Combine all ingredients into iced mixing glass, shake for 10 count, fine strain all contents into a rocks glass. Serve with ice flakes.
Garnish with lime wheel.
