Is Tori Spelling Being Evicted from Her Home?
What a few months Tori Spelling is having! The latest scuttlebutt is that she, husband Dean McDermott and their four kids may be getting thrown out of their L.A. home.
A pic of an eviction notice posted on the gate surfaced on Monday, leading to speculation about the family's financial situation, but it turns out to be a mistake.
Spelling's rep told E! News, "Due to a clerical error a three-day notice was initially posted at the house. All payments have in fact been made, the lease is current and in good standing and the three-day notice has been effectively withdrawn."
Meanwhile, Spelling and McDermott are trying to put cheating rumors behind them by posting sweet family pics on Instagram.
Tori posted a pic of the couple and their kids, Liam and Stella, cuddling up on New Year's Day to wish fans a happy 2014, and Tori was recently seen with her kids at Disneyland.
