Courteney Cox’s Bikini Body Secret: ‘I Suck My Stomach In’
“Extra’s” Terri Seymour sat down with Courteney Cox to talk about the new season of “Cougar Town” and about being spotted in a bikini with BFF Jennifer Aniston.
Courteney recently vacationed in Mexico with Aniston and her fiancé Justin Theroux, along with Jimmy Kimmel, Howard Stern and their wives.
As for being in such great shape, Cox joked, “When I know there' s paparazzi around, I suck my stomach in.”
When pressed about her workout regimen, Cox explained that Aniston showed her. “It’s something Jennifer turned me on to… using your own body weight to do all kind of things. I just found myself pushing this really strong girl across the room with your arms and using your legs.” Courteney said it is really hard, but she is going to stick with it.
The TV star also said she had a great time in Mexico. “It was fun. We had a great time, I'll tell you those are three funny people, those three guys.”
The new season of “Cougar Town” premieres Tuesday on TBS.
