Justin Bieber Tans Six-Pack, Checks Out Topless Blonde
Pop star Justin Bieber was snapped walking around and flexing his muscles around a hotel pool in Perth, Australia Monday while on his current Believe tour.
In the video, Bieber is also seen checking out a woman, sunbathing with her top undone.

According to the Daily Mail, during the 19-year-old's stroll around the Hyatt, he also stopped to make fun of a woman, asking "What are you, Hawaiian?" He followed with, "You look like a beached whale!"
The girl, described as gorgeous with long dark hair, said "Are you serious?" Justin then reportedly fired back, "You should go on 'The Biggest Loser'!"
Hotel guest Helen Robinett reportedly made a formal complaint to the hotel over the incident.
Bieber's team has yet to comment.
