Teresa Giudice in Court: I'm No Fraud!
“Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice and husband Joe were fighting fraud charges in a New Jersey courtroom on Wednesday.
The couple pled not guilty, slamming two new bank fraud charges.
Official docs obtained by TMZ say that the 'RHONJ' cast member lied on a $361,000 mortgage loan application by claiming she was a realtor raking in $15,000 per month. The papers suggest that in reality she was "not employed outside the home at the time."
Teresa and Joe are facing a total of 41 criminal charges. Maximum sentencing would mean 30 years behind bars and $1 million in fines!
