Ruben Studdard Says Goodbye to ‘Biggest Loser,’ But Still Feels Like a Winner
Tuesday's episode of "The Biggest Loser" was a tough one, as the show eliminated fan-favorite Ruben Studdard.
Although the former “American Idol” winner lost a total of 34 pounds on the ranch, he failed to reach the goal weight for his red team, and had to go.
Studdard admitted, "This experience is one of the toughest things I've been through. I've been through two-a-day football practices; I've been through the 'American Idol' experience; I've been through a lot of mentally and physically challenging experiences in my life. And this, you know, ranks right up there at the top."
Still, he remains optimistic. "My goal coming to 'The Biggest Loser' ranch was to leave here a changed person. I think I reached that goal."
