Miley Cyrus-inspired costumes are all the rage this Halloween and Paris Hilton got the memo! The 32-year-old paid homage to the “We Can't Stop” singer, donning the same teddy bear leotard Miley wore to the MTV VMAs. Click on the pic below for more stars in costume!
Hilton, who wore the costume -- complete with a foam finger and hair buns -- to a party at the Playboy mansion, tweeted a pic of herself in the getup, along with the caption, “Twerk or treat.”
