First Pics of Kim Kardashian and Baby North West
Kim Kardashian debuted her post-baby bod and daughter North West on Wednesday… sort of. Check out the pics here.
The new mom, who hasn't been seen out in nearly two months, surfaced with North and papa Kanye West on their way into an L.A. medical center.
Kim kept her figure hidden, wearing black stretch pants, a baggy denim shirt and sweatshirt tied around her waist. Baby North remained covered under a blanket as a nanny carried her inside the building.
