Kate Gosselin to File Lawsuit Against Ex
Reality TV mom Kate Gosselin will be filing a lawsuit against ex husband Jon Gosselin and Robert Hoffman, author of a self-published e-book that slams Kate.
Kate confirmed the lawsuit filing to RadarOnline.com, saying, “This lawsuit is absolutely moving forward.”
The mom of eight believes Jon and Hoffman secretly worked together in 2009 to spread defamatory information against her for profit.
Hoffman, who accused Kate of abusing her children and more in the e-book, denies that Jon helped him obtain the material.
Radar reports Kate's lawyers have not made a final determination what causes of action she will include, but there will be several.
