Kevin Hart Arrested on DUI Charge
Comedian Kevin Hart was arrested early Sunday morning and booked for misdemeanor DUI, reports TMZ.
California Highway Patrol told the site that Hart was spotted at approximately 4:30 AM “driving erratic” at around “90 miles per hour” on the 101 Freeway when he “almost collided with a gas tanker truck.”
Law enforcement added that the 32-year-old showed “objective signs of intoxication” and was “unable to perform field sobriety tests.”
He was taken into custody at 6 AM and posted $5,000 bond.
