Millions are still without power in NYC, including Alec Baldwin and his wife, "Extra" special correspondent Hilaria Baldwin. Being a good neighbor, Hilaria checked in on the elderly living nearby. "They can't go up and down the stairs to get meals, water, prescriptions, or walk their dogs, so we volunteered to come today."
